  18" Deadlift - Lightweight - 425 for reps in 60 seconds, Heavyweight - 475 for reps in 60 seconds

  Medley - Lightweight - Farmer's Walk - 220 pounds at 50' for time, Heavyweight - 250 pounds at 50' for time; Tire Drag - Lightweight and Heavyweight - 250 pounds at 50' for time

Eligibility: This event is open to all competitors.

Deadline: The postmark deadline for submitting $40 with the meet registration form is Saturday, November 7, 2009.

Awards: The top three places in each weight class will be awarded.
