Take part in a three course meal, including salad, entre, and dessert at Baja Sports Grill! Welcome new competitors or fitness enthusiasts. Talk amongst the veterans. Come enjoy an evening with some of Louisiana’s finest physique and strength sport athletes.

• Arrive between 5:45 and 6:00 p.m.
• Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m.
• Guest speaker(s) begins at 6:30 p.m.
• Make conversation at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Eligibility: This event is open to everyone with interest in the physique and strength sports of Louisiana. Casual attire is the dress. Men, look swole! Ladies, get sexy!

Deadline: The postmark deadline for submitting $15 per person (or $25 per couple) with the registration form is Monday, October 19, 2009.
